About

I started woodworking when I was about 16 years old when my only tools were a benchtop table saw and a cordless drill. My first project was building two hexagon picnic tables, one for myself and one for my parents. My next project was building a small bookcase and from there my passion for woodworking took off and I have been doing it ever since, now even milling and drying my own lumber. I have now incorporated my other passion for technology along the way and have expanded into 3D printing, CNC, and laser engraving/cutting.

My first workshop was the loft space in my dad’s pole barn, from there I took a hiatus from woodworking to get a bachelors degree in Business Management, after graduating my wife and I started building furniture in the kitchen of our apartment. After several years, we finally purchased our first house and was able to have my first ‘real’ shop in our one car tuck under garage. I have since taken over the two-car garage and have been working there for the past two years.
